My given name is Anastasia, but you can call me Odyssey Old Soul.  Like my name reflects, I am an old soul and I believe that everything you do should be led with love and kindness.

      My passions include art, music (especially live music), the performing arts, nature, hiking, writing, reading, dancing, singing, traveling, and healthy living healthy living.  I also love my dog, Zeppelin.  Here's a refined list of my current projects:

 

Book - "Odyssey Ever After"

   In January of 2021 I started writing a book about my Appalachian Trail experience; it's still a work in progress.  It's a personal journey meets love story, and all driven by a built in musical soundtrack. 

     Synopsis:  Previously living under the bright lights of Las Vegas for eight years after college and never having hiked where I camped overnight, I set out on a solo journey in March of 2020 to thru-hike the 2,193 mile Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine.  Through perseverance, strength, and with a little help from my friends, I overcame obstacles on trail that allowed me to gain would more than I ever could have dreamed that I would.
